Rentals have a two
night minimum, unless otherwise noted.
Rates are based on
4 people. There will be an additional charge of $10/night for each extra person.
Also, guests are responsible for taxes and a single $85 cleaning fee.

Reservations
$125.00 at the time of booking,
unless otherwise noted. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Damage & Cleaning
Deposit
Damage deposit of $100 will
be paid upon arrival if paying by cash or if paying by check deposit may be paid and held by separate check. This deposit
will be refunded after cabin has been checked for damage and excessive cleaning fees. If paying by credit card the deposit
may be held with card and will only be charged in the event there is excessive cleaning or damage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received two
weeks before reservation date will receive a refund of initial deposit less $25 for processing. Cancellations received less
than 14 days prior to the reserved date will not receive a refund.
No Show Policy
The total amount of the reservation
will be charged along with a $30.00 administration fee
Returned Checks
A $35.00 service charge
will be incurred for any returned checks
Taxes
Guest will be responsible
for taxes.
Satellite Television
Blackberry Meadow Lodge has
satellite television. Satellite reception is dependent on weather and other factors and reception of specific programs is
not guaranteed.
Confirmation
Confirmation of the reservation
will be mailed, faxed or emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read the confirmation
for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number of adults and/or children and accommodations. Occupancy is limited to REGISTERED
GUESTS ONLY.
Pets
You acknowledge that NO PETS
are allowed in or on the premises
Linen
A basic supply of linen is
provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay.
